About Ingrid Gudenas

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, she went to achieve a Masters degree in Education. She is the also the former President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Her work has been published in a number of training text books, including case studies of substantial financial return on investment resulting from her methodology. Her work made the cover of Training magazine with the story of how 100% Proficiency created a $360 million increase in annual revenue for one Effective Training Solutions customer.

Ingrid is an expert on communication, including executive communication, presentation skills, written communication and interpersonal skills. She can rapidly assess the effectiveness of any communication and offers tools for fast improvement.
