Effective Training Solutions was founded by Ingrid Gudenas in 1983 to empower individuals with the tools they need to rapidly and effectively learn new skills and be successful in their chosen careers.

That seems like a simple statement, but the results from 100% Proficiency trainings far exceed every client’s previous goals, causing them to re-evaluate what they had previously dismissed as unachievable. The result has been rapid “growth by word of mouth” that continues to this day.

Effective Trainings Solutions now services client companies that range from Fortune 500 enterprises to small and medium sized businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. We have trained employees in 28 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and India. It is not unusual for a project to span several continents and hundreds of employees.
